Here we confront the conception of “beauty”: why should a physics experiment be called beautiful ? Does science have anything to do with beauty ? We will take into account the first 10 experiments judged “beautiful” by the Physics World poll and we will present some videos in which both specialists (physicists) and non-specialists (non-physicists) express their opininions on the “beauty” of the single-electron interference experiment.
