	As a further example of the dedication with which the team helped the popularization and diffusion of scientific culture, we can quote the four TV shows on electron microscopy aired by Pier Giorgio Merli, Lucio Morettini and Giuseppe Morandi in 1976 within the framework of the serial "Sapere" (“Knowledge”) of the Italian Radio-TV channel (RAI). These TV presentations aimed at introducing the basic concepts of electron microscopy, its history and the state of the art for this discipline in Italy at that moment.

	From left to right : Pier Giorgio Merli, Lucio Morettini and Giuseppe Morandi, the authors of the four TV programs on electron microscopy which were aired in 1976 within the serial "Sapere" (“Knowledge”) of the Italian Radio-TV Channel (RAI) (snapshots from the filmed sessions are excerpts from the RAI archives Rai-Teche).

			The short movie here presented on the side, borrowed from the RAI archives (Rai-Teche) contains the introduction to the first installment of the 4-item series, featuring Pier Giorgio Merli.
